The Principal, Norma Jo Greenlee, has over 32 years of public service and experience in the federal government as a successful Executive, Director, Operations Manager and a Senior Program Manager.

In her final years in the federal government she has dedicated herself to creating the Best in Class Personnel Security Division in the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).  During this time she served as the Operations Director, the Deputy Associate Director, and completed her service in TSA as the Associate Director for the Personnel Security Division.

Ms. Greenlee has always been ahead of her times.  Using technology and personal experience she has always strived to streamline processes, introduce technology where it is smart, and work hand in hand with her customers.

During her tenure in government Ms. Greenlee was involved in “Reinventing Government “ and trained over 4500 individuals in Benchmarking.  She was involved in the redesign and implemented state of the art technology driven systems in the Internal Revenue Service – Electronic Filing initiatives, and in the U.S. Army was instrumental in redesigning and fielding a major financial system, as well as, moving Software Development Center – Washington DC to Software Development Center – Fort Benjamin Harrison.  She has been involved in several process improvement initiatives fusing innovation and automation whenever available.
