Personnel Security
The
reality of today's business climate requires organizations get the most from
an increasingly limited supply of time, financial resources and manpower. In
this environment, effectively building a workforce that meets the needs of your
business is more important than ever. Working with njSolutions to design and
implement a Personnel Security Division can help you do that.
What does a Personnel Security Division do?
A Personnel Security (PerSec) Division's primary responsibility is to quickly and effectively determine if your current workforce and potential candidates meet your organizations security hiring requirements and suitability/clearance standards. An effective PerSec Division will:
- Serve as the lead for all Personnel Security operations and policies
- Determine employment and security suitability
- Schedule and adjudicate background investigations
- Grant security clearances to eligible employees
- Manage all personnel security case papers
How can njSolutions help with Personnel Security?

- Enforcing eligibility and security processes necessary to process the applications of approximately 70,000 TSA applicants and 15,000 TSA employees
- Managing eight (8) service and IT contracts valued over $100M
